Bad customer service

Their customer service is very poor I took an upgrade with rain and the two sim cards that they sent me don't work been calling customer care for two days now and I haven't been assisted they put my call on hold for an hour until a ran out of airtime. I logged numerous tickets on the app still no call back I'm so disappointed I've been with rain for 2 years now and I regret taking an upgrade with them. I'm thinking of canceling my hole package at this point.
