BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND REFUND

I have never seen such frustrating company, these people would give you a good service when they want business, immediately after you paid you will regret buying the sim. I have been sent from pillar to post from 08:00 with no assistance, now i requested to get my refund they keep hanging up the phone. DO NOT EVEN TRY GET INTO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.
