Bad customer service and overall service

Bought a simcard and its not working although it was Rica'd and activated. Can't get any help from customer service as they're consultants reply after 3 days of waiting. It kinda defeats the purpose of buying and waiting for a week for the simcard to come. As a result I probably won't even get to use data as I will assisted close to month end will probably have to pay again though I am sitting with a Sim card which is not working. I am very upset and disappointed because rain came highly recommended from where I heard it from.
