Bad customer service and lack of communication

I wrote a bad review last week about Rain and they promised to call me immediately, but no one did until now. They are busy requesting for my bank proof of payment of which I did send. They are taking so long and this impact my budget. They will send you an email once you try to reply on that email you get automated reply with some email addresses that do not get through
