Bad customer service and horrible network provider

I've paid my Monthly payment for Rain and its been 3 days without any network, and when I call for assistance the call center consultant picks the call then drops it everytime I say I need assistance this is unexpected, Rain does not have good customer service and they don't respect their customers. Can I get my money back and come and take your router because it's totally useless to have a router that does not work at all. I don't recommend any one to use Rain.
