Bad customer service and feedback

I cancelled my old Wifi account after having it for 6 years because the same plan is R200 less a month if you take a new one. When i called them and asked multiple times if im going to have to pay double month end they said no!!!! You cant pay for two devices on the same plan. I paid my prorata share for the new device before it was delivered byt now on month end i paid for both. They said the new device will be collected i will receive an email and that did not happen but quickly took more funds then what was needed. A 6 year client !! I changed the plan beginning of Aug 2026 and still not received one call back. Rather look at your current clients keeping them happy they pay your salary. I want a refund asap !!!!!!
