BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND **** PROMISES

So much disappointed in their services bought a router and sim card on their online paid and it was delivered , I still have no connection their customer service promised to get back to me since the 30 of April 2020 until now no assistance form their technicians this thing is just sitting here they keep on responding with automated emails. We are about 5 employees we bought at the same time but still no assistance or calls. R699 is a lot of money to throw away.
