Bad customer service and delivery delay

Very bad customer service. Place an order, after 8 days still no sign of any delivery nor contact from RAIN. When I contacted their call centre no one knows what caused the delay, matter was escalated, n I was still not contacted. I’m stocked it’s been 15 days now without my delivery. Courier company don’t have my order from RAIN.
