bad customer service and bad signal

hi there using raing 5g pay R500 every month and the service you get from them is bad if you call them the phone number dont exist or you dont get to them if you email them they dont reply the signal is going down then for four to five hours and you pay so lott of money they can ma closed down you complain on facebook they dont reply ignore you there is so lott off complains from people they loosing customers but the service you get is still bad
