Bad customer service and a **** of a service provider

Rain is a ****, I stopped using their service in March yet they continue to add monthly fees till June then threatened to hand me over. I then settled the bills both mine and my Dads even after that I still didn’t get any network to use. I called their call centre and all they could do is tell me it’s working on their side and hang up on me. To date I have still not received any response to all my emails on my queries.
