Bad customer service

I have been using rain from December 2021 and I have been very happy with their service up until 2 months ago. I have been calling their call centre every other week because there's always connectivity issues. I finally lost it when I called this morning and reported the incident and spoke to a very unhelpful Neo Letlake. Who was very dismissive telling me the tower is down because we have load shedding and I kept telling her my area does not experience load shedding at all. Take that girl back to customer service training and refund me my money for 1 month subscription. I'm tired of this back and forth
