Bad customer service

Since we got rain it's been absolutely horrible. We have been paying every month but the network hardly ever worked. I decided to cancel my contract with them which also took time because the consultant never got back to me I had to phone after them. After it had been canceled, a month later they take money from my account. I am so upset with this ***** going on.
