Bad Customer Service
Am so disappointed in the service I received from Rain Mobile, I recently got an upgrade from them stating that there will be no extra cost on my current monthly subscription then you guys go and debit more money on my account, I have logged a call since the 1 August 2024 and still to date no has contacted me with regards to this.
