Bad customer service

I ordered a router from rain on the 28th of May, they said it would be delivered within 5days and I should have my id and proof of address with me the courier guys would contact me when they deliver. Until today I haven’t heard from them. I did a follow up today an agent promised to get back to me regarding my query until now I haven’t heard anything.
