Bad Customer Service

i am super annoyed and very disappointed at the service that i have given from the Rain customer care, we ordered a router and it was delivered with no sim card, no explanations or follow up instead we have to the ones that makes the calls to the customer care non-stop but still no feedback. Email was sent to some supervisor or team leader (Tintswalo) which they did not even have the decency to acknowledge or respond to the email. we regret this purchase because clearly yall do not value your customers.
