Bad Customer Service
***********!!! I've had no signal for close to 48 hours now, I've tried calling and emailing, to no avail. My neighbour uses the same router so I know it's not an issue of connectivity or bad signal in the area. I pay my bills on time so they wouldn't have a reason to cut my connectivity so abruptly. Your service sucks!! Do better!!
