Bad customer service

One star is too much. The worst service ever. I would certainly not recommend this product to anyone because the lack of customer service is very disappointing. I will change my service provider as soon as I can. I think I have given your company ample time to resolve my issue. It's more than a month later and I sit with the same problem .
