BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Very bad service from Rain. I called them on the 22nd about my router not reading a SIM card, they told me to do “hard reset” and everything else but still the problem remains… I called them 6 days later only to make do the very same fault finding l’ve been told to do. To top it off the consultant was very rude, she just put me on hold while I was explaining to her that I have already done all the steps she was asking me to do.

If this is the kind of customer service they provide then they don’t deserve our money!!!
