Bad customer service

Rain is such a headache, their call centre agents are rude and misleading,misinforming us regarding our service, how can our network tower be unknown but we’ve been using rain for years, we ordered the new 101 router firstly they delivered the wrong colour and when we called the consultant advised us that they will send us the wrong colour skin but that didn’t happen when we called again we were advised that they cant send us another skin once it has been dispatched, we spoke to Phumeza he was not well informed with any information regarding the product and had zero technical support regarding activation and reconnecting our router he constantly put us on hold and stopped talking when questioned why he was not responding he told us that we were busy speaking a language he didn’t understand
