Bad customer service 😞
I've been sending emails for my mobile Sims to be fixed. No-one called to date and it's been months now. Now that I didn't pay for this month, they know my number.
What am I paying for because the network sometimes doesn't work. The Sim cards don't send SMS nor make calls.
What am I paying for really?
