Bad Customer Service
You cannot ignore red flags. First sign of red flag is making promises you cannot keep and inconveniencing a client. You said I should expect delivery on this specific day, I receive notifications that my parcel will be delivered, more than one notification. Even on the day of delivery I receive notification that my parcel will be delivered on that day, suddenly I receive a call that they will not be able to make a delivery. Someone did not do their job and now I'm the one who has to suffer. Now I am being forced to reschedule
