Bad customer Service!!!!

I haven't been able to use my Wifi to the past month and a half. I have decided to cancel my Wifi line and i was getting an error 'An error has occurred' Decided to contact the call center and the wrong line is scheduled to be canceled!!!!!! Raised a ticket about it and we await.....The customer service at Rain has decreased drastically compared to when they launched.....i want this **** resolved!!!!!
