Bad customer service
Bad level of customer service I have ever received in my life. I had a connection problem on my router and called Rain 6 times, I honestly would not recommend it to anyone worse experience ever since I just recently joined them. They don’t even deserve the 1 star that I gave them

14 Jun 2024, 12:233 days without connection yet I paid for the service and it seems as if no one cares to sort out my issue. I have lost 3 days pay as I work from home this is totally ridiculous, I can’t wait for the month to end so that I can leave this company.
