Bad customer service
Rain can just shut down their app and close "support" you request calls weeks in advance but never get calls back but the moment you request a cancelation, 10 consultants call you back. Worse customer service I've ever experienced. And when you call them, they have you on hold for 30 minutes only to find out that they can't help you
