Bad customer service

Been having a problem with the connection, have been sending them emails and been calling with no help of sorting out my issue. They keep on saying that they will be sending a technician, then one gets a message saying that the technician have been trying to get hold of me which that didn't happen. Been in contact with the Lerato and Thobani(supervisor) from the rain department still they can't even resolve my issue, but what I get it's a rude attitude from Thobani.
