Bad customer service

Worst service ever from LUYANDA!!!!! After waiting for almost 20minutes on the line to be assisted. She answered the phone and asked for the number that’s linked to my account and kept quiet even though I could hear her breathing in the background. After 3minutes or so of me waiting for her to speak she drops the line. This is my time as well as my airtime. She must fix her attitude, we are not her friends but paying clients!!!!!
