Bad customer service

If there was a 0 rating I would rate them zero stars, and I am most likely not going to recommend anyone to use rain. on 1 March, I realized that they kicked me out of off peak data to pay as you go without my knowledge. I called them to discuss what could have happened, since they said they will get back to me, I am still waiting. Their customer service is really bad, while I wait I have no internet whatsoever.
