BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
I Just spoke to an agent by the name of Simiso for everything you say he just says yeah, when i asked him what he meant by yeah because yeah is the only think i head from him since introducing myself and the problem. Then he said he will transfer me to someone who will help me within the same department as him then i was online for like 20 minutes waiting.. I think he was just busy and he kept the call hanging to do whatever he wanted to do
