Bad customer service

Bad customer service I have been calling the support line and holding over 30min. When I finally get through they hang up the phone on my ear. Call again🙄 for me not to be assisted like I have to give the suggestions on what must happen with no internet connection for two weeks now. I am really disappointed and if I don't get help I will have to cancel my subscription

Thank you very much for acting fast on the matter, the technician came yesterday and swapped the router and it works perfectly fine.
