Bad Customer Service

The worst service provider ever, I think they deliberately refuse to assist you all their concerned about is payment. It's really frustrating there's no customer service.

I can't add my additional sim card cause I have changed my surname for RICA purpose, I need my current profile to be deleted in order to create a new profile with my current surname. I raised this issue early last year to date I am still waiting for a call.
