Bad customer service

Hi Peter Rain has disconnected my wifi telling me that I did not make paymen and I don't understand because our agreement was that I pay on the 25th of every month and the only time I paid early was December 14th because I received my payment earlier so I don't understand why this is happening because now my work is compromised and I'm at risk of loosing my job because of this.
