Bad customer service

Rain is terrible when it comes to communication, I’ve been trying to cancel my rain subscription for 3 months now with no luck because i moved to an area with poor network service, rain is not functioning there. I’ve sent several emails with a dead end ,the telephone number they provided doesn’t even go through. but when it’s time to deduct our money they make no mistake about it, I’m totally annoyed about their poor customer services, how can i pay for something i’m not using.
