Bad customer service

I have been using this wifi for about 2-3 years now and have been struggling to get hold of them .Recently my wifi hasn't been working this whole week yet I am a paying customer. The last time I tried to leave them an email and they responded saying they called but my phone was off and I told them those are lies because my phone stays on whether it's day or night. My biggest issue is that how will I pay on my next billing date when I haven't been using it. I can't even work at home now. I have been calling them for 2 hours straight requesting to speak to an agent but they didn't pick up.This is a **** customer that doesn't give a **** about their customers.
