Bad customer service

I have logged a ticket with them two days ago, after I was told they can't assist me over the phone, I have to wait for a consultant to contact me, and they said turn around time is 24hr,i have not been contacted by an of their consultants. I have been trying to call myself but my calls are not going through. It is so disappointing because if I was logging a sale ticket they would have called me in less than 30 min but now that I need their assistance I have to wait.
