Bad customer experience
I purchased a sim on the 11th and made a payment immediately I was then promised delivery within 3 working day which never happened on the 17th I called in to enquire was informed that the payment i made using their link n the sales consultant did confirm before we ended the call that payment was reflecting is not updated. The agents have bad customer service they are untrained worst service ever
