Bad customer care service

I app**** for rain network simcard and it was delivered yesterday and after an hour or so I got an sms that my simcard is active and I also went to my rain account and shows the simcard is active but my simcard has not network and no signal and it’s not working and yesterday I send a query to the rain network customer care and it’s been more than 24 hours and I have not received a reply or even assistance.
