Bad costumer service

So I've placed an order on the 2nd of January for a rain device. The exact same time as my neighbor from the same complex. She received her device on the 6th of January and my delivery date was scheduled for the 7th. It's now the 9th and still no delivery. I've contacted their courier company witch stated it's waiting confirmation from rain. Since the 7th to date I've made numerous calls to rain and still have no answer to why there's a delay... they keep on transferring me from one person to another. The last two people I spoke to just straight out started to ignore me on the phone. I'm really really disappointed with their customer service.
