Bad corporate governance

I had awesome service when I used their services, BUT when you cancel it takes months and they still take your money even if you don't use their services anymore. It is a waste of money to try and contact them and they only say your request will be escalated. Another time I phoned they said I'm in a que to be cancelled immediately. Immediate in my opinion means within 24 hours. You are greedy and you customer service sucks. Don't say you have an immediate cancellation option if you don't and stipulate it in you contracts! That is bad Corporate governance! You will have to do something to improve this asap!
