Bad connectivity on Rain network

Hello Peter I am Mr Simphiwe Msia I live at Durban, Umlazi township in KwaZulu-Nata. I always experiencing problem with rain connectivity and when I phone them I am using my airtime but the problem is not solved today I decided to buy a data where else I am paying rain and I am not getting the service I am paying for the connectivity is always down they are not fixing the problem or may it only me in Umlazi experiencing that problem I can't tell on that.
