Bad connection,- no internet Fr days

Wow wat a bad customer service, I have been Sedin email about my router not connecting to internet, called they said tower nonsense story and call me back when now still waiting, I call stupid call centre no answe defiantly cancelling an wouldn't recommend this 5g nonsense to anyone , as the customer service is ****en poor no response nor assistance whn u need help
