BAD CONNECTION BAD SERVICE

This thing is honestly annoying I have complained about rain and it's tiring now, i have requested cancellation last week amd was advise that it will be effective on the 1st of February since i had already paid for this month i should still be connected RAIN has disconnected my network mean while it's not even the 1st of Feb...rain is a waste of your money shame😡😡😡
