bad connection and slow speeds
For the last 5 months my rain connection has been OK but since the 14 June i kept on having connection issues I restart my router turn it back on for about 30 minutes and again my connection goes and my speed is way to slow for what I paid for I'm getting around 20-30mbps which is way to slow I paid for 60mpbs so I need to be getting that i phone you guys almost 4 times already and nobody is able to help me fix this major issue that I'm having

19 Jun 2023, 18:38I don't like placing my router in my bedroom because of the radio waves that does affect me a little but I'm getting between 89-90dbm and sinr 10-12 and in the kitchen I'm getting 85-89 dbm but don't prefer the kitchen because the router can get wet so those are the only two places in my flat where I get a good connection I tried every other corner in my flat but it just shows 100-108dbm
