Bad connection and communication from Rain

I am now sick and tired of the lack of communication from Rain. I have been complaining since last year August about the bad signal and was promised a new router, but nothing ever happens. Everytime the responds is just to restart the router. I have been restarting the router for 7 months and it still doesn't make a difference.
