follow up question is why does the internet seem to be worse between 18:00 and 23:00 lately?

last i checked i'm not using any of your times sims

We've been using rain for close to five years now and this is literally the most tiring thing, fighting for a stable network...

I saw there is a rollout of new portable routers, do those at least provide better connections?

If my internet usage is being throttled on both devices linked to this email *** please stop it, it is annoying and we are still paying customers

I totally get this isn't your fault as the sender of these responses, you're simply sitting behind a desk trying your level best.

Crazy thing is that's the same message i've been getting for years on various queries, when loadshedding was regular y'all used to blame the power issue on that, about back up batteries not charging in time etc.

I assume this isn't a matter thats getting fixed on the weekend so i'll suffer through the terrible internet until your team decides they're ready to fix it.
