Bad connection
I'm really disappointed with the service. We pay a lot of money every month, yet the WiFi connection is very poor. It constantly disconnects, is extremely slow, and sometimes doesn’t work at all. It's frustrating, especially when we rely on it for work or studying. We've tried to be patient, but the quality is not matching the price we’re paying. Please improve your service or provide proper support for your customers.

16 Apr 2025, 19:40I’ve been experiencing frequent issues with the WiFi connection, especially around 7 or 8 every evening. It either slows down significantly or stops working altogether. This is really frustrating, especially considering how much I’m paying for this service. I expected better reliability and consistency. At this price point, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect stable internet throughout the day and night. Definitely not impressed.
