Bad Communications

Clear Communication is a Problem for Rain I tried to contact them to make payment arrangements for my account that has filled behind due to lack of income When you phone them their voice prompts are clearer than their phone lines that keeps cutting out and making it imposable to hear the conversation when you eventually get your problem explained to them they Try to transfer you to a supervisor or support to make a booking or something then you have to hold on to kingdom come and then the phone line cuts out leaving you with no other alternative but to phone them back and waist more airtime During the past 2 weeks it attempted to call then 2 xs per week and waited R100.00 airtime on holding and phoning back and my problems are still not resolved 1) I want to make arrangements for payment on my account, I need a bank account number 2) I have 2x 4G SIM Cards that I useless, because Cell C is the service provider (Most ****ty Service provider in SA) The Data is the only feature of the SIM Cards that are working, I cannot send SMS or make voice calls, on the Rain app the SIM Cards are activated but is useless as hell when I come to Calls and SMS Messages
