Bad communication and still had the nerve say i owe the 4000.00

My home was house ****** on the 27th of September 2021, i called Rain and informed them that the ******s took the 5G router and that should cancel my card. All to find out that i am now owing the 4000.00 for the router but I never signed a contract..... No one from rain ever had the decency to call me and speak to me about taking out insurance with them for a situation like this. Please i need advice
