BAD CLIENT SERVICE

What about treating the client fairly. Rain does not comply to any laws they dont care about clients.I have paid for the card on the 23/04/2020 and had numerous problems.For the last 8 days I have been waiting for them to activate my sim.I have send numerous emails and messages. When they do respond their staff is *********** it feels like I am talking to kinder garden children.This is ********** and it show's that you are one of the worst companies out there.You are not worth any star!
