bad client service

I received an email from Rain after I wrote the review ,saing that they would call me I am still waiting for that call

every day it drops to 3 mb , it just did a min ago .I work from home somedays and this is unexceptable ,
This router is a problem ,some of my usual devices does not want to connect to this router but it connect to all other networks .I need this router to be replaced

I have now made several calls to Rain, the client service agents just hang up or put a person on hold ,my internet has gone down 5 times in the last 15 min.This is ridiculous. RAIN IS NOT WILLING TO LISTEN TO THE PROBLEM ,but my money is good
