Bad client service

I have the worst experience from Rain. I ordered a router on Monday 05/02/1024 and it was delivered on Wednesday the 07/02/2024. I have been making multiple calls to their support team trying to get my 6G router activated but without success. All I am told is their support team is working on it. They could not give me a turnaround time despite my efforts to request for it. They do not inspire confidence and I am disgusted at the apparent lack of a sense of urgency and customer service from Rain.
